Boeckermann Grafstrom & Mayer Relocating and Expanding Headquarters
Boeckermann Grafstrom & Mayer CPAs (BGM) is excited to announce that it is relocating its headquarters to a new location in Bloomington, MN. The new space’s opening date is scheduled for Monday, June 27, 2022 and will be in the International Plaza, located at 7900 International Drive, Suite 800, Bloomington, MN 55425.
International Plaza is located in suburban Bloomington at the interchange of I-494 and 34th Avenue with close proximity to the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, Mall of America, and 15 minutes to either downtown.
“This is a very exciting time for us,” said Dane Boeckermann, President and Principal of BGM CPAs. “Our new space is a big step toward the future of our firm. It brings together all BGM Group Companies under one roof, supports a hybrid workforce, elevates our ability to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients, enhances our culture and community, and promotes wellbeing.”
The new space will bring our local BGM CPA team members into one location instead of working in two different cities – Bloomington and St. Paul. The current Bloomington office (located at 4470 West 78th Street Circle) and St. Paul office (located at 332 Minnesota Street) will close on Thursday, June 16, to prepare for the move. From Friday, June 17 through Friday, June 24, all BGM CPA team members will work from home and meet with clients virtually or onsite at the client’s office.
We will invite clients for in-person meetings at International Plaza beginning on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. We will continue to serve clients as usual at our other offices located in Sauk Centre, MN; Longmont, CO; and Naples, FL.
International Plaza features many amenities, including an onsite fitness center, salon, café, large conference center and meeting spaces for tenants to reserve, ample covered parking, onsite automobile servicing, free 24-hour airport shuttle service, and staffed building security.
The building comprises 11 floors, with BGM CPAs occupying the 8th floor. The new headquarters are an expansion and elevation from the firm’s previous spaces. The design is an open concept with lots of windows that let the natural light shine in and offer fantastic views to watch the planes take off from the nearby Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.
The layout emphasizes collaborative spaces to encourage working together and comfortable and inviting furniture. A large kitchen and café are available for team members to eat a meal or take a few minutes to take a break and recharge. The space also includes private conference rooms, quiet areas, individual offices, and phone rooms when a more peaceful and private space is necessary. It also offers plenty of available workstations and seating options to accommodate team members that work remotely and are in the office on a varied basis.
We look forward to welcoming you in for meetings, events, and other opportunities to connect. We can’t wait to share our new home with you!
