David W. Gibbs is a Principal at BGM. With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, David specializes in taxation, estate and trust income tax planning, fiduciary accounting, and financial reporting for individuals, families, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses. He also advises clients on estate and trust administration, wealth preservation and transfer strategies, succession planning, and business transactions.

David works with high-net-worth individuals, privately held businesses, and multi-entity organizations on a wide range of federal, state, individual, corporate, and partnership tax matters. His clients span a wide range of industries, including real estate, construction, retail, wholesale, and professional services.
