Human Resources Director

Michelle Luther is the Human Resources Director at BGM. Michelle is a service-focused, proactive, and positive-minded leader with more than 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. With a wide breadth of expertise, Michelle embraces and promotes change to effectively respond to the evolving business environment. She possesses a demonstrated ability to train, empower, and connect with individuals and teams while fostering and maintaining strong working relationships with company leaders.

Prior to joining BGM, Michelle served in various human resources roles in a variety of industries including transportation and logistics and senior living.
