BGM, a Top 200 full-service accounting, tax, audit, and advisory firm headquartered in Bloomington, Minnesota, is pleased to announce that R. L. DePanfilis & Company, LLC, a certified public accounting and business consulting firm based in Norwalk, Connecticut, has joined BGM.
The combination establishes BGM’s presence in Connecticut and builds on the firm’s growth in New England. R. L. DePanfilis & Company will begin operating under the BGM name. Firm partners David W. Gibbs, CPA, and Kenneth T. Miller, CPA, together with their team, and will continue serving clients from the Norwalk office.
Founded in 1979, R. L. DePanfilis & Company serves businesses, individuals, estates, and trusts with tax, accounting, audit, and business consulting services. Its work includes tax compliance, research, and planning; multistate and foreign tax filings; reviews, compilations, audits, and agreed-upon procedures; financial reporting and controls; business succession planning; due diligence; estate and trust returns; and related advisory services.
