BLOOMINGTON, MN, December 21, 2021 – Boeckermann Grafstrom & Mayer is pleased to announce that Ryan Kraemer, Nathan Panning, and Nicole Richards have been promoted to Principal.

Ryan Kraemer helps clients navigate their audit and tax needs. Ryan advises family owned and closely held businesses in a wide range of industries, including construction, health care, manufacturing and distributors, and transportation and logistics. He manages various audit and assurance engagements ranging from compilations to audits, as well as preparing tax returns ranging from individual to complex business returns.
Nathan Panning is experienced at providing tax planning and consulting services for small to large sized multi-state/multi-national corporations, individuals, partnerships, trusts and non-profit entities. Nate, who is skilled at helping clients understand, plan, and strategize for their unique tax situation, works with clients in a wide range of industries, including agriculture, auto dealerships, cannabis, construction, wholesale distributors, manufacturers, not-for-profit organizations and foundations, private equity, professional services, real estate management/development, and transportation and logistics.
Nicole Richards is an experienced accounting professional, skilled in audit and assurance. Nicole advises clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and distributors, not-for-profit, and professional services. Along with preparing audits, reviews, and compilations, Nicole is also experienced in the complex work of performing employee benefit plan audits, ensuring that a company’s employee benefit plan is within the guidelines and regulations set by both the IRS and Department of Labor.
