Leah Radtke is the Marketing Manager at BGM. Leah leads and develops the organization’s marketing and communications strategy, including brand visibility, thought leadership, and initiatives that support business growth. An experienced professional services marketer, Leah embraces the creative and strategic aspects of her role and is dedicated to delivering results. She develops and implements marketing campaigns that increase awareness for BGM’s services and capabilities, and she especially enjoys highlighting the expertise of its team of talented professionals. Leah’s approach is characterized by her process-oriented mindset and strategic thinking, allowing her to turn key messages and complex ideas into actionable insights.
Before joining BGM, Leah served as the Marketing Manager at a national trial law firm, where she successfully led a team of skilled marketers, graphic designers, and writers.
